This was my 1st visit. My daughter & I both got treatment. The staff was very nice, but I was supposed to get gel coffin. Mai was the tech.This was the result. As you can see the nails on each hand look weeks apart & the length is different. Also it’s more oval than coffin. I spent $170 (for everything) & am not satisfied.

I absolutely adore Helen and everything she does is wonderful. My husband has truly loved his pedicures as well. My problem is with the staff and yesterday perhaps the owner talking constantly and often loudly. It has affected my experience somewhat significantly the last 2 times. There is often yelling from one end of salon to the other. It is doubly disconcerting in a language I do not understand. My expectation during the great services rendered is a modicum of peace and quiet.

Although I’ve been here before and had an absolutely awesome experience, I went in last night and last minute, and they topped it! I went in with my eldest daughter, she is nearly 6. We both got spa gel pedicures, and I upgraded to the orange pedicure. I was hoping to get a full set as well and my daughter was getting gel manicure as well, and didn’t think there would be enough time (since they were very busy when we came in) but they managed to do it all and even stayed and finished us up after closing. I had Helen do my AMAZING pedicure and omg. I was in dire need of the grater which she used gently on me (I’m ticklish), and my feet feel brand new! Then Judy came over and made my (I’ve been super stressed and bit my nails to little nubs – eww) look like real nails in a super short period of time. I asked her is she could make them very short and she went out of her way to make them short (I type constantly). While I was taken care of my daughter was too, and she had a great experience with Tammy and Donna. I highly recommend this place, and these sweethearts!

Critical: CleanlinessSalon looks clean when you walk in. Ladies are very sweet as well. One big red flag for me though was the cleanliness. I went here instead of my normal nail salon and immediately regretted it. The pumice stone they use on you is filthy and used on other customers (see pictures) and none of their tools came out of a sterilized package. Just wiped and used on other customers. The tubs for the pedicures had no bags in them and were barely wiped down after use. For the price you pay here you should expect a clean environment. Me and my two friends also got the same service done and they were all done completely different, some of us got one thing while the other didnt. Will not be going back.
