Update: I got them redone and they look PERFECT! If I didn’t have to pay for an Uber to come back and get them redone I definitely would’ve tipped generously. I wanted him to do them next time but he said he’s leaving to Vietnam soon so that’s too bad. But I’m very very satisfied. They’re perfect!!

Quite literally the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. I went here on 9/29/22 to get my nails and toes done for my WEDDING. I made an appointment ahead of time for myself and my maid of honor to go at 11 am on a Thursday. I asked for Nick to do my nails bc he had done them once before (this time was my first time and I thought he did a good job although the price was insane, went back bc I was willing to pay since it was going to be for my wedding). When I got there, nick was busy and couldn’t do my nails. I had my pedicure done first which was $35 for regular polish which chipped the same night. The woman who did my nails had to redo the French tip three times because the UV light wasn’t working. And my nails chipped tonight after only 7 days (gel polish btw). I paid over $120 for my two services and I have never paid more and never gotten worse quality service in my life.

I dont often get my nails done but every once in a while I like to go and treat myself. I’ve been to Soho Nail Lounge a few times and I have always liked their work, but today was exceptional! Kim and Victor did an amazing job, were so gentle, and I’m very happy with my mani/pedi. I’m always more quiet and introverted when I go to a salon, and Kim and Victor were both very accommodating and made sure I was comfortable. The best thing that I noticed, was that as Victor was doing my manicure, he went back several times and filed some more, or buffed an area when he felt like it wasn’t to his standards. He made sure all my nails were the same shape and length, and I really appreciated his attention to detail. I would definitely ask for them again in the future!

I had my first visit today. The staff is very friendly and the place is very clean, which deserves 5 stars in itself. I got a manicure and pedicure, my feet felt great!!! I’m real picky about my nails, I’ve always done them myself but Nick did a good job on them. I gave 4 stars because with the many selections of polish they have, I still had to settle for a shade that’s not what I’d have really preferred or accustomed too. I will go again though because I like the service, they really aim to please and the overall atmosphere.

This place has out done itself and that says a lot especially for a business. They have good prices for nails, appropriate to the labor. I am personally new to the place, I love that they don’t charge extra for length or shape, I recommend nick heard (from coworkers) that he’s amazing with long nails and ombré work, he is great with people and is a perfectionist LOVE THAT❤️. My experience was amazing the place itself has a nice and very welcoming energy would recommend to anyone. Will be going back soon thank you SOHO❤️

Well I returned yesterday to give it another try. I brought in samples of what I was looking for. Lo and behold Nick found the right color in house!!!! My nails look great, just the look I like❤. I went to get my pedicure today, and the guy who did my toe nails seem that he was in a hurry. I know i have short nails especially in my last 2 toes but the places that I have gone they always take the time to do my toes. I really was upset about todays visit.
