Service is good if you don’t need to be seen by appointment. Appointments are often canceled at the last minute. I made an appointment for me and my daughter at 10 a.m. today, they confirmed both, then canceled my daughter’s and after I fought all the Black Friday traffic to get there they were closed. Every time I decide to give them another shot this happens.

I came here based on reviews, but it was a mistake. This is how they have you walking out. Don’t recommend at all. All my nails all different shapes, sizes, with residue all under my nails that they didn’t even take off. I have sns powder all over the top of my fingers. And this specific nail they took a huge chunk taken out the side as you can see. Waste of money, never coming here again.

I told my nail tech that my fingers were hurting while he was drilling and cutting my cuticles. My fingers even started to bleed! He definitely cut off way too much skin. My hands couldn’t even touch water & soap afterwards because they burned so bad. 72 hours later & I’m still feeling the aftermath of the pain. This is one of the worst nail places i have been to. I asked nicely for a glittery black french tip nail and the lady made the glitter so messy and the shape looks terrible. This is not what I asked for, I should have got a refund. Don’t recommend this place the lady was also kinda rude.

I don’t get my nails done very often because I am a type 1 diabetic and I definitely don’t get my feet done but this guy who did nails in the salon is awesome!!! He knew how to handle someone who it had type 1 diabetes and he was very thorough and explaining everything before he did it. I got some gel nails they turned out very beautiful and he put a design on them for me.
