I never have any issues with quality of hair, beads slipping, or hair damage because she is super knowledgeable about what she does! She is awesome at color as well! My blonde is always perfect and she formulated the prettiest copper! She was also able to take my hair from blonde to red then back to blonde, which I know is usually hard to do. She is seriously the best. I tried to setup an appointment to have my hair cut. They responded and seemed like they were willing to assist me and when I responded back with what I was looking for in a hair cut they never responded back. Its frustrating trying to find a good hair stylist that cares and wants to service you. It really bothered me that I didn’t even get a text back or call to help me out.

I have been using Hannah Steele for a little over 1.5 yrs. During this time she has not only touched my roots up every 4-6 weeks but she has also Balayage my hair approx 4 times. This past session turned into a complete and utter nightmare. Considering I have very dark hair it normally takes 2 sessions to get my hair to the lighter blonde. This past session the 1st go definitely needed to be retouched do too needing to get the brass out. The 2nd session it looked niches better. However 2 days later my hair was completely blotched all over from the roots, middle band and my end. After messaging Hannah how disappointed I was not only in the out come but the out come due to how much I paid. I have never thought twice about dropping a $185-$220 on a session because she did a great. Another appointment was scheduled and 2 days later I received a text at 12:58 am letting me know she could not do my hair and she cancelled the appointment. Shame on you young lady. That is a very bad way to conduct business. Next time when your boyfriend is in town maybe you should not make appointments you are going too need to rush!

I only see a few bad reviews but honestly don’t know why there’s any! I have been going to Soho for 4 years- seeing Devin, Hannah and one other. I’ve loved every hair cut, color and blow out I’ve had! The salon is super cute and every stylist is nice. I’ve gone from brown to blonde and back again and Devin executed it perfectly!! I just recently went to red and Hannah did an amazing job. I will always recommend Soho 🙂

After countless phone calls/ texts just to schedule an appointment as a new client, I was excited to try this salon out. I spent a good 40 minutes discussing with Joyce in detail how to cut my hair. What I received was exactly what I firmly said I did not want-my hair chopped. I am so disappointed and left with no way to fix my hair after paying $220. The worst part is, no one really cares about customer satisfaction at this salon. If you are not interested in hair extensions, the owner doesn’t care to assist you.

The Staff… Oh the staff, it’s kind of like Cheers… “Where everybody knows your name and they’re always glad you came” I refer all of my friends to Soho and each one says the same, they walk out feeling like a celebrity. I would give this salon 25000 stars. Best stylists best customer service. A+++ Lisa Marie is my hairstylist and she is outstanding.

She’s not only sweet but so caring, beautiful and the most genuine person ever. I’m so thankful I met her, although she’s almost an hour from my house I would drive it everyday just to see this girl. Somehow, somewhere, someone from above sent Kristen into my dm’s and my life was forever changed. Let me tell you, this is THE nicest girl I’ve ever met in my ENTIRE life. Seriously.
