I usually don’t leave reviews, but I have to tell everyone about Erika at Soho spa. I have been getting regular facials 15y, and she is by far the best I have ever tried. She examined my skin, tailored skin treatment to my skin concerns (pores, wrinkles, acne) and then gave me the best facial massage. The only advice I can give is if you like strong facial massage and upper back massage ask for Korean style, and if you like softer approach ask for European style. Definitely will be going back to her, my skin looks amazing.

I love this spa!! My girlfriend and I have been here 2 and loved both experiences. The spa is very clean, relaxing, and spacious. The staff is very friendly. Don’t listen to the bad reviews I think people are just very dramatic. I highly recommend the couple spa with the jacuzzi and massage. It was amazing!! we will be coming back for Valentine’s Day. I also love how affordable it is.

Please, do NOT go here. Not only was the massage mediocre, but they woman doing my massage spent 1 hour tapping my body and not even “massaging”. She rudely bent over me and squashed my entire face with her body multiple times while bending over me during my massage that I literally cried. She was super aggressive with my neck and now the next day I woke up in such severe pain. (They use a cloth around your neck yo stretch it and she violently bent my head in such uncomfortable positions I cried out in pain). I have been to many massage places, from California to Florida to all over nyc. This one really takes the cake. Please, whatever you do. Do NOT go here. There are plenty of other places to go. I know going to massage places its a hit or miss with the person doing it, but this place was such a huge waste of 100$ (I took myself out for my bday) and I cried for half of it because of my luck. I feel violated, and completely discouraged to even go to a massage place for a while. Again please don’t go here.
