I had a bad experience with this place. They act like we are the best in the town and I was yelled at by those people for asking a simple question. They are rude, unprofessional and you’ll pay for a full hour but get probably 10-15 mins less treatment. I assume they charge for your questions as well.

Elissa is AMAZING and absolutely changed my life. I came to Elissa once a week in 2013, about once a month to every 6 weeks in 2014, twice in 2015 and it looks like it will only be once in 2016! Can you imagine that progress?! I went from paranoia and self consciousness about the pesky hairs that plagued me to being completely set free. I can’t praise Soft Touch, and specifically the owner, Elissa, enough. I have had electrolysis many times before, and with a variety of electrologists while living on the east coast. I never got the results that I have with Elissa. She has a gift for this work, and my results are more than I even thought possible. She has virtually eliminated my problem on some incredibly coarse, stubborn, unyielding hairs. Honestly, I’m amazed. She’s been in this business for three decades, and it definitely shows in her work. She is the best electrologist I’ve encountered bar none!
