I visited this place after my sister had come to get their eyebrows done for prom. I was so impressed by the work done on their eyebrows that u just had to try it for myself! The service itself was fast, I barely waited (but then again, it wasn’t as busy) and the staff greeted us right when we got inside. I didn’t quite catch the name of the lady that helped me but she was absolutely nice! Made sure to ask the right questions and have absolutely friendly service. I will absolutely recommend this place for anyone looking to get their eyebrows threaded! I got the upper lip and eyebrow thread as well as eyebrow tinting. I loved the shape of my brows but will probably ask for a bit more fullness on my left. The tint is awesome and my sisters has faded wonderfully but do know that it’s going to be quite darker at first. Absolutely wonderful people and a wonderful business!

Sloppy, excessive threading to the point where my wife was crying because they ruined her eyebrows. You can clearly see she took off way more than necessary on the right eyebrow and it’s not arch like the left (done by another lady). I know how important eyebrows are to you ladies, so I would recommend going elsewhere. Eyebrow threading

I’m very particular about my brows as I am a firm believer that they frame one’s face and can dramatically change how one looks. I used to waxing my brows so was a little skeptical at first. I called them for an appointment but they said walking’s are welcome. I was there around 3 pm (weekdays) and it was little busy. But the wait time was less than 5 mins. The staff is very friendly, efficient and professional. The lady who did my brows (ash sorry if I got your name wrong) was very sweet and did an excellent job.. I ended up getting my brows shaped and tinted too :). From the time I entered and walked away I was impressed. I can recommend this place if you are looking for the sharp edge and perfect brow. Will definitely visit them soon!

Update review: this place has added new people and the service I got this round was very bad. The new lady was not capable to do threading. She was so uncomfortable, doesn’t know angle, and kept pulling skin! I came out with some blood on my eyelid and my brows look the same as I walk in, not clean. Other last steps for cleaning and shaping the brows that I always had before were not done. Even already commented and asked for extra done, but still…! Will be considering to ask for different person next time or find other place.
