Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI never write reviews but this place deserves one!! I went to Sophi’s for the first time to get lashes. I was nervous because I had never been there. It is a very clean environment. Everyone is very nice and professional. Nicole did my lashes and I’m happy to say she did a beautiful job! I never write reviews but this place deserves one!! I went to Sophi’s for the first time to get lashes. I was nervous because I had never been there. It is a very clean environment. Everyone is very nice and professional. Nicole did my lashes and I’m happy to say she did a beautiful job! Sofi’s offers a much wider range of pampering as well. If you have never been here you are missing out.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI started out LOVING this place, until my last pedicure experience. There were literally two clients in the entire building, and we were getting pedicures. My technician seemed very rushed and sloppy, which is not their usual. She kept my feet in the water while she exfoliated AND APPLIED LOTION. She didn’t put lotion anywhere on my actual feet- she RINSES the lotion OFF (waste of products IMO) carelessly throws a hot towel over my legs (usually, they wrap each leg with a towel, she just tossed one over my legs, no wrap or anything). Then, while my legs are still wet, pulls my leggings down over my soaking wet legs. She then hands me a ticket with $50 written on it. I’m trying to figure out why the extra charge, and apparently she applied gel and not regular polish. The palette I chose from had both available, so she up charged me without asking . Again…I’ve never had such a lazy service from here and to be charged that much … it wasn’t worth it. My nail tech, however, Katherine, is AMAZING !!I contacted the owner TWICE, and never received a response acknowledging my service. I am thinking to go elsewhere for pedicures and only request Katherine for my nails. I started out LOVING this place, until my last pedicure experience. There were literally two clients in the entire building, and we were getting pedicures. My technician seemed very rushed and sloppy, which is not their usual. She kept my feet in the water while she exfoliated AND APPLIED LOTION. I went back the next day and got a pedicure and some aesthetic services. T, Mimi and Cinae were fabulous. Cinae was very helpful and informative as I had no idea what I wanted to do, but she explained what she thought would be good for my skin and complexion and I loved what we chose! I made an appointment and they started as soon as I washed my hands. They were very professional and courteous and offered me a beverage while having the manicure service. The technicians were open and listened to what I wanted and helpful with questions. I went back the next day and got a pedicure and some aesthetic services. T, Mimi and Cinae were fabulous. My pedicurist seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing and left me sitting with no explanation when it came to applying my polish. 5 minutes later, someone came and finished the job.
