Sofi’s is always clean, they always use top shelf beauty products, they explain processes to people. Christine is so lovely. She’s bubbly and personable and has never made me feel ashamed from new growth or thinning spots due to a condition I have. She always makes me feel comfortable and feeling good about myself. The staff is always friendly and always ensuring you’re okay while you’re there. I don’t think there has ever been a time where I was at Sofi’s and not offered food or a drink, even when they order food for themselves, they still offer. Don’t let these bad reviews make the decision for you. Sofi’s is always clean, they always use top shelf beauty products, they explain processes to people. Christine is so lovely. My first experience at Sofi’s was far from ideal. My appointment with Kelsey began at 10am and I did not leave the salon until about 4:30pm that day. I showed Kelsey some photos of the purplish/pink muave color that I wanted. I was very excited for my new colored hair as I have never died my hair any other color than blonde/highlights. After the whole bleaching and toning process which lasted about 4 hours my hair was RED! Not purple or pink but bright red! I almost cried, I was so upset with the outcome and could not understand how this happened. I commend her for remaining calm and trying to fix the issue. She washed out the awful color as best as she could and reapplied purple toner a couple of times. I’m satisfied with the outcome considering the terrible color I was almost left with but I wish my first time here went a little differently and I was able to experience how great I know this salon can be!

Unprofessional atmosphere w/ no plastic cape put on during color process while color was flying around me and the people sitting next to me in the tiny color hallway. Loud talking among staff. No presentation of prices which ended up being ridiculously high for what the salon had to offer. Fine w/ basic one process color. Recommended products for color treated hair by stylest and was told they were reasonably priced…turned out to be over $75 for shampoo, conditioner and a styling powder. Never Again.

I always go to see Maria! I have been seeing Maria ever since I was 10 and she had her own shop! She does an amazing job with my color and she does my hair exactly how I like it! The staff is also very friendly and I love the atmosphere!
