My nails never last longer than 8-10 days with this new company Sofia nails! Their prices are different every visit for the same service. Happy nails in Swansea is so much better and the nails last close to 3 weeks for the same price!I wish Anna and her husband still owned this place they were EXCELLENT!!!!! My mom and I went on a whim bc my normal place was booked up. My nails came out AWFUL!!! all different lengths and shapes. I wanted short coffin nails and showed the man the photo and said if he couldnt do it, I would just leave and he reassured me he could. Well I wouldnt be able to flip anyone off BC my middle finger nail was so crooked, they would have no idea I was mad LOL and my two pointer fingers were different shapes and sizes than the rest and looking from the size, the tops were wavy not smooth like a real nail and they were so thick. My mom lost her whole pinky nail bc (real nail) bc the acrylic was so thick. She had to go somewhere to have them removed and it took 2 hours bc her nails were such a mess. The nail techs were shocked. And when I went to get a fill, my middle finger is so crooked that the woman tried her best but apart from taking the whole nail off there wasnt mich she could do so it has a slight bend now…3 weeks after I went to funky nails. She said I will have to wait until what he did grows out to have them straight again which is ridiculous.

I used to be a regular customer there, USED to be. I went today to get a pedicure, I picked my color sat down and the older lady started. She had just squirted the lotion on my legs and then she got a phone call. She picked it up went into the back room for about 10 minutes I asked the man there what was going on if it was an emergency and he said no. 10 more minutes went by and I was still sitting there, I rubbed the lotion in my legs and got up and was going to leave. The man stopped me and told me I had to pay!!! This whole thing was so unprofessional, rude, and then he asked me to pay! For what? Having someone put lotion on my legs and then leave me sitting for 20 minutes?! Long story short I will never go back there.

Absolutely terrible. Seems they had a new employee who had no idea how to give a pedicure. My toes where bleeding . Left me with multiple infected toes. They should pay more attention to who they hire. Will never return to this place. Awful.
