I booked an appointment with Sophia I was very excited about attending. A few days before my appointment I was diagnosed with Covid I spent two weeks in the hospital during that time my appointment came and I missed it I received a text from Sophia and I informed her that I was in the hospital with Covid. I told her that I would love to rebook and I apologize this was something I was out of my control. She attempted to charge my card for the full amount of the service that I did not receive because I was sick with Covid because the charge would not go through she blocked me from booking further appointments with her. Her work visibly is very amazing but to someone who is very insensitive to the fact that the world has been in a pandemic for almost 3 years be mindful when booking with her.

I’ve never had a facial before today, and I was very skeptical about letting someone put stuff on my face. Sophia was amazing, very informative and made me feel so relaxed. Gave me a massage during my face mask and i had to fight to stay awake. My skin feels amazing and looks so clean and bright. Would recommend her to EVERYONE.

I have been going to Sofia since they opened. Her place is always immaculate & smells lovely. It is soothing & so quiet… Very relaxing! She is so nice & best of all Sofia does an amazing job on my eyebrows. I have had my eyebrows waxed & tinted but today I decided to get microbladded & I LOVE IT! I will never go anywhere else! I set my appointment almost two months in advance for today. Was overly excited. Well , the night before she tried to reschedule me which i let her know may conflict with my other appointments but i would try . She tried to then reschedule me further out. The whole fiasco was a mess and unprofessional. She was not understanding & tried to make it out to be my fault . No point in booking in advance if you can’t adhere to the schedule . This was really important to me but of course she ruined it. I will never book again.
