First time in Bay St Louis, & while I don’t typically get my nails done when I’m out of town, I decided to give Sofia’s a try. She was amazing!!!! I came in with an idea & she took her time with creativity & delivered!!! Clean shop & she had a great relationship with several locals that came in while we were there. Will definitely be back when we’re in the area!!!

My experience was absolutely amazing! Mr.T did an outstanding job on my nails! He knows how to make you laugh! The salon it’s self has a very positive and joyful atmosphere to it. Everyone is respectful and kind. This is definitely the nail salon for me. Sofia Nails Spa will be my new go to nail salon!! Thank youuu. Ps.Call ahead to make an appointment.

Excellent customer service, relaxing, Very good listeners to what it is that you want. The owners very sweet! I have been going to nail spas for a long time. I felt like I had preferential care for hands and feet. I’ve been here a few times and every single time I went the people were rough with my hands. I showed them a picture of what I wanted,(regular polish, one solid color) they did them wrong and when I politely asked if they could fix it, they told me that I shouldn’t come into the salon and expect them to do what I wanted. After my uncle got upset that he paid for them and they were wrong, he asked them to fix them as well. They did end up fixing them but were purposefully being even more rough that them kept hitting the drill on the side of my finger hard enough for it to bleed. They then told me that when I leave not to bring my uncle back in there. I got to say they do have cheap prices but I paid $50 for my last time and they were short and one color(they also didn’t give me regular like I asked, they put gel which is more expensive).

Went in as a walk in on wed by Friday evening my nails were already lifting. Had to work all weekend went in on Monday and showed owner and she was like you work with your hands you banged them etc but I had not… remember they were lifting Friday. I worked Saturday. She was a bit rude as in saying you know my work if you don’t like you go somewhere else. I will not be back…cost me 90 that day simple ped and set . I even took pics the day they started lifting. Take your chances but I won’t be going back.
