I am BEYOND disappointed and frankly HURT behind my experience on today. I consider myself a loyal customer, and certainly don’t deserve to be mistreated! I had a dip powder appointment with June. Usually I wear pink and white powder over my natural nails. As of last visit, I put nails on coffin shape. I’m a natural girl, but fell in love with the extra length and style of the shaped nails I had so I wanted them again, this time a bit shorter especially considering my nails had grown out, plus again I’m a natural type of gal. Anywho… I sit in the chair, June and I chat per usual, catching up on life. I told her I wanted my nails shorter, she proceeded to inform me she has to take the nails off or something to that degree. I re-explained I wanted the length just a bit shorter, but pretty much letting her know to do what she needed to do as this would be my first experience with tip nails, so I’m not sure of the process. I notice there is a lot of drilling taking place. Then I noticed only one nail had been drilled extensively low down to the skin of my nail. Of course, I asked June. She was trying to explain but nothing was making sense. So much so, I had to stop everything and show all 10 nails, and explain how only ONE nail had been filed down that low. There wasn’t much accountability at first, but then she finally apologized for drilling too low followed by an explanation of why it happened which made absolutely zero sense. She wanted to proceed with the powder service, however, I was reluctant to put product on top of what I feel to be an open wound considering how low the nail had been filed down. At this point, June is somewhat stand-off-ish and unsympathetic to what happened to me. So June suggested to soak my nails off and let me grow them off since I was nervous to put product over them. What I left out was, she had Sofia the owner to come over and attempt to explain why it happened, but again it made zero sense because what she was explaining should have happened, but didn’t which was soak my nails as opposed to filing and drilling to powder off. I asked June why she didn’t do that to begin with, she said she didn’t know. Again, there was no remorse or sympathy for my nail being drilled down to the meat/skin. I communicated politely how unpleased I was, no apology there, but hey, that’s what happens when people genuinely don’t care about YOU… ONLY your money. After all this, guess who was charged $12.. lol! Yep, you guessed it, ME! There was no manicure offered as a courtesy, oils on my nails, hand massage, clear nail polish- absolutely NOTHING. I asked if they had any nail hardener or a product they could suggest to assist with my nail growing back, they told me NO and appeared to careless. After reading some of the lesser scored reviews, I realized- I was never valued, only my money. And for that, I will NEVER return back to this business. I do not recommend this business if you care about the health of your nails. People make mistakes, and I would have been very understanding if my technician June was remorseful, the way she handled me is what turned me completely off. I’d rather drive further and be treated better than to return to this business. They lost a loyal customer!!!

I went here for the first time yesterday (Sunday morning). I’m new to the area and this place had really great reviews, so I made an appointment for a pedicure. The service itself was great; generally, the pedicure was really nice and relaxing with the exfoliating and hot towels, etc. Good atmosphere, everyone was very nice and friendly. I didn’t catch the name of the technician but she offered me something to drink. My issue is that she was very rough with cleaning my nails and cuticles; she really dug into one side of my right big toe. It was only slightly painful in the moment but I woke up today with some pain, redness, dried blood, and some “oozing” (eww!) on that side of my toe (the picture is after cleaning with hydrogen peroxide). Also, the application of the polish was not as good as I would’ve expected; it looks like at least one coat was not applied close to the cuticles so there’s a noticeable “rough edge”. So unfortunately I cannot give this place 5 stars. The next time I get my nails done, I’ll try a few of the other places in town to see how they compare before coming back here. ☹️

HORRIBLE SERVICE & CUSTOMER SERVICE for $108! I BROUGHT MY DAUGHTERS (10 & 15) TO GET SERVICED FOR A TOE POLISH & FULL SET (with regular acrylic and regular polish) the nail tech responded OK. After servicing both kids, I was charged $42 each for their nails after asking why, the tech responds because they were charged for “dip powder” she believes that will last longer. Again I stated that I only wanted regular acrylic and polish which is normally about $22, and forget what you “believe” give the customer what they want. The tech responded that they did not do that particular service (AFTER ASSURING ME THEY DID). My oldest daughter came in with no polish and was still charged $12 to “smooth” her toe nails (what smoothing would a 15 year old need???) but it was listed as a “toe polish change” after giving some nonsense excuse she then dropped the charge to $6 but as you guys can see in the picture the toe polish job was done HORRIBLY! No shape, no cut down, no trim, just a QUICK polish. I DONOT RECOMMEND WHATSOEVER!

I’ve been using Sofia for 6 years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! The service is always great and she can do anything you ask/show her. My favorite thing is how fast I am in and out of her salon and I’ve never been disappointed by the work she does. Her staff is great and everyone works so efficiently while keeping the service amazing! Don’t waste your money going somewhere else, you’ll regret it!!!
