I had such an amazing, positive & fun experience at Soffiato Via with my stylist Matilde! From the moment I walked through the door, I was happily greeted by the front desk girls & offered a cup of coffee. I was then met by Jackie who I must say, gave the best shampoo massage! & the best for last- I greatly enjoyed my time not only talking with Matilde, but she gave a five star haircut & blowout! Soffiato Via was absolutely amazing on our wedding day! They did all the girls’ hair and make-up on site and both came out beautifully. Tori, Tori, and Jess were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were laid-back, outgoing, and prompt – getting all hair and make-up done, according to my timeline. The make up was flawless. Our updo’s somehow stayed in place all night in the July heat. I would absolutely recommend this salon!

Lauren cut my hair and she was the best! This was my first actual haircut at a salon & she talked me through everything. She made sure my daily routine with my hair would be okay with the haircut I was going with. She made sure it wouldn’t be too much maintenance which was extremely helpful. Everyone was extremely nice & talked as if we had been friends for years. It was such a great experience I can’t wait to go back!

I had my bridal hair trial today with Jessica and am absolutely obsessed with how it came out! I love the amount of care and detail she put into completing my style. The updo is light and not heavy (I have really long hair too). I’m excited for my wedding day! Perfect choice!

Very bad experience. Never do keratin or Brazilian with them. I went to do Brazilian blowout but the lady there said keratin on hair stays more. I did keratin. It did nothing at all to my hair. My hair is same as before and I paid $290. Then I called them they said they would do Brazilian but I have to pay for the product which can be $40 or $50. The day I went there to do Brazilian they took $100 for the product. I don’t know which product they use. It’s just waste of money.

GO ELSEWHERE!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! I hired soffiato via for my wedding to do bridal makeup and hair for myself and two others. Our hair came out just ok, but our make up was HORRIFIC! I (the bride-to-be at the time) asked for a natural look. The girl used dirty brushed on my face and when she was done I was just a bronze mess. Nothing about the “look” she gave me was natural. She didn’t prep or use primer on my face. Just applied about a pound of cheap moisturizer. I had to wash my face after they left and redo my own makeup for my wedding. All three of us broke out after from the first make up brushes and sponges. It was a complete disaster. Unless you’re looking to be aged about 15 years, DO NOT HIRE THIS SALON! I tried calling several times to dispute the $1300 charges, and was told the owner would call me back. I have yet to hear from anyone. Complete scam!
