Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityMy wife and I had a great experience during our couples massage this past Saturday. I workout a lot and I wasn’t sure how my muscles would react to the therapy but it was relaxing. Peaceful music, great climate control, and professional staff. This was our first experience and had no complaints. Can’t wait to return.

Critical: Communication, Professionalismthis business is run poorly. they don’t answer their phone. they just cancel your appointment and don’t call you about it or offer to reschedule. rude and unhelpful staff. Purchased a Groupon for here for my husband and I for our anniversary, bought the 90 min couple massage workshop which is still being offered on Groupon. I called for a week before finally getting ahold of someone. Went to schedule our appointment and was informed they are currently not doing the workshop, so they scheduled me for a 60 min couples massage and I would have to pay a difference of $40. Day of my appointment i received a text saying my appointment was canceled, I was given no explanation as to why. They didn’t give me my groupon back either. I tried calling multiple times to find out what happened but no one ever answered the phone. My husband decided to drive there to figure out what was going on, the lady working was rude and not helpful, she told my husband it was canceled due to the masseuse not showing up, my husband called me to ask what I wanted to do and when he went back in to speak to the lady to get the issue resolved she wouldn’t come out to help my husband. this business is run poorly. they don’t answer their phone. they just cancel your appointment and don’t call you about it or offer to reschedule. rude and unhelpful staff.
