Do Not Recommend! They did a terrible job and rushed through. They didn’t bother to cut back my cuticles or the dry skin around my nail. They slapped the polish on and didn’t even cover the whole nail. My nails are NOT smooth (they are textured and gritty) *see photos* And I had two different people taking turns working on my nails and they were both equally rude. I will not spend another dime at this nail salon.

Staff was polite and worked quickly together to accommodate a crowd. I would say that I have had a variety of nail salon experiences and this one just got the job done. I felt my cuticles were not attended to as in other salon experiences. Good place in a pinch, but lacking in a quality experience.

i normally go to serenity or zen but was in a huge hurry today and had to go somewhere in soddy. big mistake on my part. the lady made me pay for “soak off” when in reality i had to sit there with my hands in a bowl of acetone and she made me scrub my DIP POWDER off by myself. i was very confused and angry because that’s not how you take dip off nails. there was only 2 people working and she rushed doing my nails so they turned out horribly. my experience was very bad and i will never be returning.

Went once spent 75 worse pedicure and dip ever had. Very quick but very poor quality. Trying to rush too much to get as many in as possible. Just really unprofessional

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went in to get a full set. They were RUDE from the jump.. I sat down and he asked how long i wanted them I wanted them a little longer than I than he had measured.. he gets upset and says it will be extra. $30 instead of $20 or $25 I don’t remember but I do remember there was ONE SET PRICE for any acrylic full set, anyway he asks what shape I want and I showed him my friends nails. They were almond with a flat top if I’m describing that correctly, he then AFTER PUTTING ON THE ACRYLIC takes a nail clipper and starts sloppily clipping my nails to a sharp point.. none of them matched.. he was extremely rough and cut me in multiple places.. did a full set in TEN minutes! I was so unhappy with them but wasn’t going to even waste my time saying anything because every time I’ve been there I hated my nails and they had a horrible attitude about fixing them (I only went this time because everywhere else was super busy) anyway the lady can tell I hate them so she starts to fix them well the older one comes and starts yelling in Chinese and then she starts to fix them and she’s asking me what’s wrong.. yelling at me pulling my hands and being reallly rough. So they literally start breaking as she’s re doing them .. they charged me $40 and I left so upset and so unhappy with my nails. Not even 3 hours after I leave one breaks. It’s the next day and THREE of my nails are broken. I will NEVER BE BACK. Horrible customer service, horrible nails, charged 15-20 dollars extra because HE AND THEM WOULD NOT TAKE THEIR TIME. So disappointing. I will trust reviews. Tech used dremmel til cuticles were bleeding. Glued culticles then tore them with her talons. Cringed in pain multiple times. Felt very rushed when i left my nails were horribly rough. Wont be going back. $40 down the drain.

DO NOT GO HERE. I got my nails done right before I left for a cruise. I asked for an acrylic set with gel polish. I had to go to the spa on the cruise ship to get then to fix the hack job this place did on my nails a couple of days later. They had the acrylic embedded into my cuticles on multiple nails which caused them to become red, swollen, and infected. It was also extremely painful. The wonderful manicurist on the cruise ship was horrified at the job they did. I’ve had my nails done tons of times at various salons throughout Chattanooga and I’ve NEVER experienced something like this. I can’t believe this place has been open for so long.

I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star. Absolutely horrible!!! Horrible customer service. I told the lady I was unsatisfied with my nails and she began yelling and ranting at me in front of everyone. I asked for my money back and she told me no. I asked for gel nails and got acrylics. Didnt get the color I wanted either. Was there for 2+ hours and settled. They didnt even go all the way down to cuticle. I will be reporting them. DO NOT EVER GO THERE!!!! I never get to have a girls date and they absolutely ruined my day!!!
