In today’s world of instant gratification, when it comes to hair, I’ve learned that sometimes it takes multiple sessions to get to a desired end result (especially when we bring that beautiful inspiration picture). Heather was right about this and I am very happy that I listened to her. She gave me a treatment plan to repair my hair and steps we needed to take on my hair. She was right, and my hair is in amazing shape and it looks so natural!! She truly is an artist. Heather is amazing! I have been looking for a stylist in the area for a long time who really knows hair color. In today’s world of instant gratification, when it comes to hair, I’ve learned that sometimes it takes multiple sessions to get to a desired end result (especially when we bring that beautiful inspiration picture). Heather was right about this and I am very happy that I listened to her. She gave me a treatment plan to repair my hair and steps we needed to take on my hair. I can’t speak highly enough about Heather. She is the most talented, professional and knowledgeable stylist I’ve ever been to. My hair has never looked better. This girl knows hair. She takes the time to listen to your vision and then delivers the most BEAUTIFUL end result. Heather goes above and beyond to make sure you’re happy, while still protecting the integrity of your hair. Critical: ProfessionalismI loved my haircut until I got to the register. They charged me DOUBLE the price that was quoted on the phone for a haircut. The young lady at the register was polite and apologized -apparently this is not the first time that the wrong price has been quoted!! However, they did not honor the price that was given over the phone. I want to love my hair but I feel like I was cheated and am so upset. By the time I added tip (it wasn’t the poor hair stylists fault), I paid much more than double the price I had planned to pay. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU GET THE PRICE IN WRITING BEFORE HAND!!Update: The salon manager called me to apologize for the mix up and refunded the $20. However I did not call the salon looking for the “cheapest haircut price” they had. I called and asked the price to get MY hair cut (clearly female, receptionist had already said “ma’am” several times). She told me it varied by stylist and I asked what the prices were. I loved my haircut until I got to the register. They charged me DOUBLE the price that was quoted on the phone for a haircut. The young lady at the register was polite and apologized -apparently this is not the first time that the wrong price has been quoted!!
