While Dani is very nice, she is also unfortunately very unprofessional. I had bought the 3 full laser lipo with vibration and scheduled all 3 upfront. The first one went well (even though no vibration was ever used), the second one she had forgotten I had an appointment and had left for the day. When I called she left me on hold for 20 mins while she figured out someone to talk to at her own appointment to tell them she needed to leave. She never came back on the line so I hung up and wound up leaving. I even double checked the appointment card she had written out for me on the previous visit and I didn’t have the date or time wrong. I understand these things can happen so I went to my third scheduled appointment where things went well enough, but no compensation was given other than a reschedule and a few excuses were made as an attempt to cover the fact that she just forgot about me. Come today (7/6), the day of my reschedule, and I was once again forgotten. I even texted to confirm yesterday on 7/5 that my appointment was still happening. She responded yes, but stated it was at 5:30pm instead of 5pm like I had originally thought. I show up for my appointment at the 5:30pm time she gave and the doors are locked, texts aren’t being answered and neither are phone calls. If something needed to change on her part, then communication is key. I’m coming all the way from Peyton and have 3 young kids (2 of which are newborns) and a husband’s work schedule to try to work around so I have a very limited window to schedule any sort of appointment. I was trying to do this for me, but I will not be returning to fulfill my Groupon.
