Worst salon visit EVER!! I booked appointments for my mom and I for a mother’s day gift. Less than 60 seconds after my mom sat down the stylist Mary was YELLING (making sure everyone in the salon heard), that she has been a hairdresser for however long and that maybe she should let her do her job. That was the response for my mom telling her what kind of perm she wanted and color of rods. My mom stuck it out and stayed…. I would have left after that.

Horrid customer service. Nearly thirty days ago I reach out to a hairdresser and she takes days to respond. I don’t have time for flakes. Her excuse was she was very busy and proceeded to list off several social media apps as if they were some sort of reason she couldn’t respond. If snapchat and fb and whatever else is more important than $ then have at it kiddo!
