The set up is just like the pictures online for the Newburgh location. I decided to try somewhere new and get a Brow Shape and Tint Combo by Arlene. Which Arlene was wonderful and very pleasant and took the time to understand how I wanted my brow shaping. My issue especially it being my first time there was I decided to purchase a brow serum. A few hours later I received a call from them that they charged me wrong for the serum and wanted to charge the additional amount to my card. But when I was there she were trying to charge me again for my brows and tint & used the “excuse” that it was hectic when ringing me up. I refused and explained I would return the item when I was back in the area because I thought this was unprofessional of them to make this call. Then the next day make it seem as if they did me a favor by not charging the original price. Just left a bad representation.

I have to say they do a great job. However, I don’t do lash extensions often so I may be off base. I think they’re pricey. The salon though is clean and neat. They have covid 19 precautions in place. Actually, a relaxing ambiance going on. You won’t be sorry. The staff is pretty nice too.

I got eyelash extensions done here a few times. Gina was my technician and she was very sweet and knowledgeable. She is always booked so I used Allysa once for a touch up and she is amazing as well. I love this place. I am giving my eyelashes a break but I will be coming back.
