Critical: Quality, ValueTony was really nice, but my hair coloring was not executed well. I asked for this vibrant burgundy red. I came in with dark reddish brown hair, so he told me it would be near impossible to achieve this color, which made sense. But instead of lightening up my burgundy, i came out with completely orange hair—no red at all. (2nd pic) The roots were various shades of orange. Not to mention the process taking over 4 hours! I ended up going home and dying it myself. Tony was really nice, but my hair coloring was not executed well. I asked for this vibrant burgundy red. I came in with dark reddish brown hair, so he told me it would be near impossible to achieve this color, which made sense.
