They have worked with me through it all. 2 years ago I decided to go platinum and ended up damaging my hair so severely that we had to cut it often, and keratin it, my hair is now the picture of health. They have helped me maintain it, now that I no longer have damaged hair it grew from my neck to my bra strap over COVID-19. They have worked with me through it all. 2 years ago I decided to go platinum and ended up damaging my hair so severely that we had to cut it often, and keratin it, my hair is now the picture of health. Critical: QualityThis is not a good place to go for natural black hair. The stylist was rough with my hair and told me “straight hair is better”. They were playing vulgar music very loudly. And to top it off,the blow out didn’t even last 2 days. The whole experience was horrible. These people were very rude. 4B and 4C woman,save your money.
