Full Mind, Body and Energy service. First you will experience the subtle energy balancing shirodhara oil treatment while harmonizing your energy field with the tuning forks and Reiki energy work. Then a Chi Hot Stone Massage with accented Thai massage techniques.
Aroma Wellness
Brings together elements of Swedish and therapeutic qualities of aromatic essential oils to strengthen the body’s vital energy.
Ayurvedic Treatment
The Ayurvedic practice of abhyanga, or oil massage, touts physical benefits like released muscle tension, lymphatic drainage, and more nourished skin from head to toe. It stands out from other massages due to its focus on the skin, rather than just the underlying muscles.
Blessed Mama 60/90
Pregnancy is a powerful and exciting time, but it is also exhausting. A prenatal massage is a great way for expecting mothers to find relief and relaxation. I am specially trained on how to position and support your body throughout the massage for comfort and relaxation.

Detoxing Mud Wrap 1.5 Hours
A deep-cleansing body polish prepares the skin for a warm Dead Sea mud wrap and mask infused with healing and detoxifying essences.
Energy Retrieval 2 Hours
Using Sound Therapy and Reiki Energy work, I comb through your body’s Energy field finding blocked and stored Energy waves, vibrations or static and return it back to your body’s Energy Centers (Chakras) to balance and heal.
Energy Tuning
An Hour of Reiki and Sound Therapy for deep relaxation and Healing.
Gua Sha Therapeutic Modality
Also Known as Skin/Muscle Scraping is a Chinese Modality where the practitioner ‘Scrapes’ along skin and muscle tissue causing stagnant blood to rise to the surface and fibers to release excess tension. This will produce light petechiae to identify stagnation.
Purifying Back Treatment
A deep-cleansing treatment for that hard to reach skin on the back. It includes a deep cleansing treatment, a relaxing skin-softening steam and a re-balancing mask.
Reflexology
Reiki
Energy work. Clearing blocked chakras using specific energy clearing techniques to re-harmonize your well-being. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a “universal energy” is said to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to client.
Sea Weed Wrap

Shiatsu
In Japanese, shiatsu means “finger pressure.” For shiatsu massage, the therapist uses varied, rhythmic pressure on certain precise points of the body. These points are called acupressure points, and they are believed to be important for the flow of the body’s vital energy, called chi.
Shirodhara
Is a deeply relaxing and energy balancing treatment where special oil is selected to flow over the Third-Eye Chakra to balance the energy center. A scalp and neck and shoulder massage release tense and sore muscles.
