Positive: ProfessionalismI rarely get my hair cut since I moved here cuz I rarely had someone who knew how to work with my hair. But now I’ve had my hair cut by Emily Robin, I’m more excited to go more often now! She understood my concerns and gave me a haircut that I wanted and can easily managed myself which was super important to me. A lot of times my hair looks so different after the first wash at home, but I am so happy with my hair even after the second wash! I recently had a cut and styled by Shauna: hands down the best haircut I have ever had! Shauna was very knowledgeable and friendly and made me feel relaxed. She took her time going over small details and did not rush my hair at all, so money well spent. She also understood exactly what I wanted and showed me exactly how to style it.
