I had the best experience yesterday at Soakology with Mindy. I’m a nurse so I’m constantly on my feet and stressed at work so I made a reservation to treat myself. I came in for a soak and 40 min massage split between head/neck and feet/lower legs. Wow, I had the best time! From the moment I came in through the door I was calmed by the atmosphere and greeted with warmth from the staff. Everything from the tea to the soak to the decor was perfection. My special thanks goes to Mindy who did a fabulous job on my massage and made me feel like a new person. I felt like I was floating on air by the end.

This has to be the best kept secret of not just Maine, but everywhere! We were welcomed into the beautiful woodland-vibe lobby and presented with menus to review. The hostess came over and was an expert at answering our questions. We were escorted to the back part of the space where we sat in oversized comfortable chairs and were presented with copper tubs with our own individualized soaks. We also were brought our tea orders and snacks on a lovely tray. Our massage therapists were incredible and gave us neck and shoulder massages for 20 minutes, then feet and legs for another 20. It was honestly pure bliss, but was also the most affordable massage I’ve ever received. It’s perfect for a girls weekend! I strongly suggest visiting.

We’ve gone for a foot soak and shoulder and neck massage the last two years when we’ve been in Portland. The front tea room is comfortable and clean. The staff are calm, professional, and soothing. The soak and massage are so relaxing. I highly recommend this experience! Great couple activity.

This place is FANTASTIC! we had a lovely hot 20 minute soak and a 20 minute leg & foot massage! They squeezed us in when we didn’t have an application but the place is hopping! I was psyched to see it busy because that means they’ll still be here for our next visit ! Jane was my massage therapist- she was lovely & funny & excellent at her job. My husband had Vanessa who wS also lovely & funny & excellent at her work. We didn’t sample the tea this time but next time we will!! Worth every penny! GO!

The ambiance relaxes you right when you walk in. The main tea lounge feels like an escape to a beautiful solarium and the teas are wonderful. I treated myself to a massage and it was fantastic. I would highly recommend a soak and massage. Amazing staff too!

I bought my wife a gift card for Christmas because a co-worker recommended Soakology but I’ve called numerous times, left multiple messages, and tried scheduling a session for my wife on the website with no response from anyone at the shop. At this point I’d rather have my money back but with no way of reaching anyone I’m better off reporting fraud to my bank. Clearly I am disappointed.
