This was a wonderful experience! The rooms are so clean, and the quiet in the soaking tub really helped to soothe me after an extremely busy week at work. They provide everything you could need, including fresh towels, robes, lotion, and other necessities for before and after your soak. Left feeling refreshed, soft, and clean.

What a fantastic place! The atmosphere is so calming and their attention to detail is top notch. They supply everything you could possibly need (robes, towels, shower essentials and even make-up removing wipes) to make your experience perfect. All the rooms are super clean, private and so quiet. I just finished my first 45min fire session and not only do I feel amazing but totally and completely relaxed. I’m excited to add this into my wellness/health journey and already excited for my next session!

The salt bath is relaxing, detoxifying and so good for self care. The infrared sauna and ice bath combination are my absolute favorite. I feel invigorated, renewed and can feel my immune system soaring. Soak Box will definitely remain a part of my self care regimen! And I love the owners and staff. Wonderful place with knowledgeable and caring staff. I absolutely love the infrared sauna and plunge. It’s a wonderful alternative modality for the muscular aches and pains post exercise and aging. It also jump starts the metabolism and I’ve lost 2 lbs! The float is awesome as well. It’s especially helpful for meditation and calming the busy mind.

LOVED my experience here. I did a salt water soak for the first time and I left feeling so relaxed. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and they provide items like shampoo, lotion, towels, and ear plugs for your experience. I appreciated the dry room where you can blow dry your hair after, since I came in the winter. I can’t wait to do another soak!

This is my favorite place to be! They are customer focused and pay attention to detail. They always have my slides out with my name ready to go. They even know the temperature of the sauna and how many towels I like! . An added bonus…they are female owned! If you haven’t tried floating or sauna with cold plunge, or you are just looking for a new place to go, you won’t be disappointed!
