Do not go here! Use at your own risk! Last month I went to go check out the facilities because my normal tanning salon (Benny’s Bronze Bunny Tanning Salon) recently burnt down. The location was semi clean and I specifically look for locations like this because of my rare skin condition. The session was all normal until I went to get out of the machine and the coffin door was jammed shut! I tried as hard as I could to get out but the door was locked in the close position! I couldn’t get the door up and I was unable to slide out due to the new oil I use. A technician finally heard my pleas for help and came to lift the door but she couldn’t get it to budge! A fellow customer had to come and help her lift the door off and finally free me from that death trap of a machine. It genuinely gave me trauma and I don’t know when I’ll be brave enough to lay in a booth again. 1 Star and that is only because I do like the skin tone I received.

I’ve paid 1/4 of what other salons are charging! If you aren’t buying them here, you’re paying a HUGE markup at another salon! These ladies are THE SWEETEST & SO KIND! I am so happy with their service and always so eager to assist! The beds are always up to date, super clean, and have the best bulbs! The options are endless here! I have had the worst time with canceling. 2 separate times I physically went in and told them I wanted to cancel. Each time they said it was too late and had already been withdrawn from my account and that they would put a note in there to cancel for the following month. NEVER HAPPENED. Then after 5 months it is still being taken out every month! The manager basically said they would never tell me it was too late to cancel. They cancel 365 days a year…..THEN WHY WAS IT NEVER CANCELED? She then told in one breath that i needed to physically sign something but then as the conversation ended she was miraculously able to cancel it! I will never go back. This is NOT the first issue with cancelling!!!

The first time I ask asked what the discount is for downgrading, she said there isn’t one, but you are welcome to wait.
