So rude and unprofessional. I had been going to Sopheak for a few months now, have always been on time, never missed an appointment and also tipped. Today I made a mistake, I got confused and thought my appointment was at 1:30 but it was actually at noon. She texted me at noon and I was very apologetic and expressed how sorry I was, I am only human. Her response was “i don’t have time for your jokes” I couldn’t believe it. I completely understand why a no call no show is frustrating, it’s unacceptable but I have been nothing but a nice client to her and didn’t deserve her treatment. A simple “I’m not taking you as a client because I don’t tolerate no call no shows” would have sufficed and I would have moved on. Her work is great but if I am going to get a service regularly, especially lashes I’d like for my artist to be more understanding of the one time I didn’t show up because I got confused. I ended up going to Christina Som as she had a cancellation and was able to take me in as a new client. Her work was incredible and I am kind of glad this whole situation ended up happening. I’m sure Sopheak is a perfect goddess being that never makes mistakes. Oh and may I add that she was mad I rescheduled an appointment with a 48 hour notice

I would say she is a hair professional- one of the best in Lowell or even around. Prices are extremely reasonable with her and she is so kind and sweet! Definitely a comfortable fun environment. She has bleached my hair without damaging it and lifted the color amazing. I’ve been to Sopheak more than a couple times now and every time fell in love with my hair! I love So Sopheak she is amazing and I have always walked out of her salon satisfied with my hair. I would say she is a hair professional- one of the best in Lowell or even around. I always go home feeling brand new 🙂 the environment is very friendly and Bong is very easy to talk to. I def recommend this salon.
