DO NOT GO HERE. Tanya did my hair on Tuesday November 1. My appointment was set for 5. I didn’t get in her chair until 6:15. No big deal. Stylist run late, I get it. I wanted dark brown roots with silver on my ends. I was told we’d have to lift my blonde hair more to make this work. No problem. Tanya had done my hair prior to this and I trusted her. That was my first mistake. I asked for a few inches off, and specified multiple times I wanted it all one length. I was left with a choppy, uneven hair cut. In addition to that I had a ring of orange around my head as well as maroon red roots. When done she told me to “buy some overtone” to fix it. I paid her the almost $300 for the service. Leaving upset and in dismay. I texted her as soon as I got home and let her know I was unhappy. Again she said to “buy overtone” or if I really wanted she could get me in Thursday. After my experience I did not want to go back. It was awful. I ended up going to my hometown salon the next day and they were appalled at the mess that was my hair. About another inch had to be taken off to fix how uneven it was. In the end I was given $130 back. That’s it. And was told that “stylists make mistakes.” I get it. No one is perfect. But when you mess up, and admit to it, then you should be giving your clients their money back. I picked so pretty because of the amazing reviews. So I’m writing an honest one to let everyone beware. PICK ANOTHER SALON.

So Pretty Studio did the hair and make up for my wedding on 07/30/22 and did an exceptional job. We had two stylists for 9 people and even though time was very limited, they were communicative about this ahead of time and gave us all of the information we needed to prepare for the day of. They were both flexible and efficient in making sure that everyone was all set by the time we had photos. Everyone was very satisfied and felt confident with how they looked which clearly shone through in our wedding photos especially. I had a specific look in mind for my bridal look and they pulled it off exactly how I envisioned so that I felt like myself. Thank you so much So Pretty Studio for helping make my wedding day dreams come true!
