OMG. I leave one star cause I can’t leave any less. Do yourself a favor and go on my IG jas.mercedes. Look at the great luscious hair I’ve always had. I messaged and spoke to Maggie to see if she could do a color correction. Another salon did not do the balayage how I wanted. She charged me $250. Half of my hair broke off and now I’m probably going to have to cut my hair shoulder length. If you look at my IG you’ll see that’s a big deal !! There was no accountability or trying to do the right thing for me as a first time client. She didn’t even mention my hair broke off. When it came time to do the blow dry I said I would do it at home because they didn’t even apply a hair protector even after chemically burning my hair off. They were really nice at first but once they realized I had a problem they made it not their problem. I will update this post with pics of the hair breakage- she was supposed to do a proper balayage and my hair is destroyed especially around my hairline. If you don’t want emotional distress stay away. Inexperienced, not up to date on the best hair treatments. Insert tiger king voice “I am never going to emotionally recover from this”.

Went in the guy who washed hair very nice. Staff nice . Came in for quick haircut. Everything seemed fine at first , my hair came out super uneven on one side when i was able to look in mirror after … my hair is angled by my shoulders, then dips by the middle of my back. I really wanted to love it but hairdresser did not section hair, just kept freestyle cutting. I asked to just keep the layering healthy. And then I felt him cutting it straight when he dried. Did not apply any heat protectant or heat serum spray after using two blow dryers and went over my hair with straightener very slowly. I found it strange that he started clipping some of my hairs on one side during the end which resulted in my right side being extremely chopped . Unfortunately I would not go there again for haircut services.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityFinding a good hair salon is hard but I would recommend this salon. The staff is accommodating and they are really nice they listened to what I wanted. Life is hectic and coming here allowed me to relax while getting my hair done. They did a really good job for a great price. Finding a good hair salon is hard but I would recommend this salon. The staff is accommodating and they are really nice they listened to what I wanted. Life is hectic and coming here allowed me to relax while getting my hair done. They did a really good job for a great price. The salon is very clean and close by home I will definitely be coming back!

I live very close to the salon so I decided to give it a try. So glad I did! The staff was extremely professional, knowledgeable and polite. The salon is extremely clean and they are following all COVID-19 protocols. I felt safe and comfortable. I literally had the best hair wash ever and I have been to a lot of salons. The scalp massage was next level and I didn’t want to move after that! My color and cut came out beautiful. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueSpent $300+ on a color that wasn’t even what I wanted in the first place. Business owner which is the lady that works there said they can only do a certain color by bleaching my hair. I told her I have never bleached my hair before and asked “are you sure you have to bleach” before agreeing hesitantly. Note: I have dyed my hair red countless of times WITHOUT BLEACH. Every time my hair would grab the color. When she started my roots were over bleached and instead of a dark copper hair color, I got bright red. Not only that I received a $40 trim where the man who was cutting my hair, kept smacking me in the EYE every time he grabbed a piece of hair to trim. My hair was literally whipping my eye. I came back the next day and told her I was displeased, she replied by saying she’s been doing this for over 20 years. You cheated a customer of over $300 and want to call yourself a professional. She offered no refund but said if I wanted to come back after 30 days she will dye my hair a darker color. I will never trust this place to do my hair again so I will not be returning for that. Not only was I displeased with the color she did not offer any sort of ailment and I was stuck with the color for a whole month.
