Edit: Added photos of my daughters haircut from December 2022. Older lady with glasses does not know how to cut straight long hair. She did mine months ago and I had to drive to Albany for a cut correction. My kids hair is an inch and a half shorter on one side of her head and the back is just completely uneven. Will be refusing her service in the future. This isn’t a compromise bad, she cannot cut long straight hair at all.

Absolutely horrible. I asked for very little cut off all sides and completely ruined my hair. The sides are uneven and shaggy looking and the top is all wrong. I would give 0 stars but when I went the time before they did a great job. Don’t recommend this at all. Haircut

Waited patiently inline in the Lebanon location after signing in,.. only to be bypassed by people that had signed in 10 Minutes after I signed in. They claim you are inline in the order you sign in,.. but apparently not!

so many times this place has not only wrecked my friends’ hair, but more recently, MY hair. i thought maybe i would give them a try after a while, maybe they’d get better, but NOPE. guess i should have went somewhere where they actually knew what they were doing. there were so many uneven strands all over the top of my head, when people saw it, they asked if the lady who cut it closed her eyes first. horrible. maybe take a barber class for gentleman’s hair.
