My husband went here to try and relieve his sore muscles from working overtime as a concrete foreman. He said the experience was really neat, and his skin was definitely softer when he came home. Some pimples on his back dried up. He did not notice a change in his muscle soreness, though. If you have any cuts on your body it will sting. They do offer a petroleum jelly to put on cuts so that the salt doesn’t get into it. You are lead to a room and have the room completely to yourself. So you can have the lights on or off, the door to the float open or closed etc. He got a 1 hr in there and his fingers and toes did not get wrinkly, if that matters to anyone lol. Happy Relaxing!

The experience is amazing! So calming and relaxing. Clean facility and instructions are clearly explained. Only constructive criticism I have, I wish there was a fan in the top of the float chamber. Would help circulate some air without having to open the door and loose the dark factor. I plan on going back and have already told others to get their spouses gift certificates!

We are especially fortunate to have a float center here in the Rogue Valley! If you haven’t experienced floating, you owe it to yourself to schedule the most relaxing and restorative 60 or 90 minutes available. The chattering mind turns off, the body deeply relaxes, and peace is restored, at least for a while. The owner, Jamey is delightful, the spa is small but peaceful, and the tanks modern and clean, with a private shower in the room. Give it a try!

This is my first float ever. After playing 14 hours of softball and a friend of mine recommending this I took the plunge! It’s amazing and I will be going again! Beautiful, clean and tidy space with wonderful staff members! Only thing I’ll do different is get the package deal of a float and message together!!!! Try it! You will not be disappointed!

After reading “Tools of Titans” by Tim Ferriss, I was intrigued about the idea of floating and a quick Google search led me to SO Float Spa. I was apprehensive about this kind of thing and have never really considered myself a naturopath. A valpak coupon showed up shortly after this research so I figured, why not. I also booked the first massage of my life thinking it would be a new experience all the way around. I cannot give this place enough stars. I expected the whole experience to be a little bit “hippy”, but that was not the case at all. The massage was simply awesome, something I should have been doing for years. Jamey is very gifted at what she does. The float is difficult to describe and I assume everyone has different experiences with it, but think of it as turning your brain off and disconnecting from all the static for an hour. Overall, a top notch experience.

Jamey Kirschel is an absolute miracle worker!! Have seen her on several occasions over the years and she has always helped me immensely. Anyone who is in doubt about the relief massage can do for a body…all I can say is give her a try. Your doubt (and pain) will be a thing of the past.

I enjoyed a nice buoyant float for an hour on a rainy Sunday in April. My fibromyalgia urged me to make the appointment and I’m glad I did.Next time I’ll remember to put the earplugs in that they provide. ♀️

Great place to treat yourself to. I treated my son to a massage and float. He wished they would offer deep massage tho. But we will go back for sure.

I’m of the belief that the natural state of the body is well-being. When we are stressed out or ill it’s because we are blocking out this well-being. That’s why transcendental meditation is so effective. No thought is much better than stinking thinking. It lets the body return to it’s natural state of well-being. IMHO floating is like meditation on steroids. It’ll make a Maharishi Mahesh Yogi out of anyone – I love it!
