I asked to have my dead ends chopped, and hair cut in a U with feathering around my face. For styling I asked for a curly blow dry with lots of volume. That’s not really what I ended up with.My sister asked for a fairly simple short cut. It was really bad. She had to go to another salon where they were able to fix the cut for less and about a quarter the time.Caitlyn was the stylist. She’s sweet, extremely timid and quite slow.
