I’ve walked into this salon twice to get a haircut for my son. Each time they have told me that they are full for the day and can’t take him as a walk in but could schedule and appointment for the next day. If you advertise that you take walk ins you should keep some time set aside for that purpose. I have no problem waiting as a walk in but to be completely turned away is unacceptable. My son has a job with hours that are unpredictable so to sometimes schedule something is a little difficult.

Will never go anywhere else for a haircut. Showed up 30 minutes before close on a Saturday evening. Felt bad because I usually try not to do that. Not one time did they make me feel unwelcome. I got the haircut and they offered the hot towel, wash, beard trim, calogne. I just kept saying sure if you have time. Not once did they try to hurry me out. She even offered to style my hair after the wash and add product but I declined because I wear a hat. Great place, seriously. Best experience I’ve ever had, ON A SATURDAY EVENING AT CLOSE. Very cool environment. If you haven’t been here, do yourself a favor and go. You won’t regret it.

Haircut was fine. But she butchered my beard, it’s not even at all and she took one side damn near to my jawline and the other side is where I had it walking in. If you know anything about full beards you don’t go that high up especially when the customer says he likes the length of it before sitting down. After sitting in the chair for an hr, I Didn’t have any patience to ask her to fix it.

Not the best place for a beard trim. Went for one and my usual stylist was not there so I tried a different one. She butchered my beard. My usual stylist is no longer there so I guess I won’t be back. Beard trim
