The place was very nice and clean however my nail services were completely not what I wanted . I asked for dip powder manicure because my nails were very thin and I did not want to put them under the uv light . Mariella did my nails . She was nice but also had me feeling super anxious and made my anxiety high The length was perfect but the shaping was horrible . A lot of my nails were very unevenly shaped . I kept telling the nail tech if she can fix the shape better but she kept insisting that they were good and the reason why my nail are unevenly shaped was because of the sns powder . Honestly , still she could have shaped them after to make the not look crooked . I did not wait till after she was done to tell her to fix them . I told her earlier in the process and still that was an issue . Completely unsatisfied with the outcome . No cuticle oil or lotion and got the nerve to take a picture of my nails and say it’s pretty . Absolutely not ! I do understand how someone can not see your nails are uneven . It’s mind boggling to me

I have know Lee and have been going to her for years. I am so happy for her to have opened her own business! A FAMILY business!! I haven’t done my nails in over a year…and finally went in today to see her and the new store. It’s immaculate and she has updated features such as, disposable plastic liners in the water tubs for a higher level of cleanliness… bag hooks so your purse is not in the way or on the floor….. as well as a tray to hold your drinks, phone, etc. SNS takes pride in what they do. They are kind, accommodating, and gentle, and most important, experienced. Always feel like I am going to visit family when I go see her. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!

The price is good but barely two weeks in and both my thumbs are cracked already. I enjoyed my experience there and have been looking for an SNS location in New York for a long time. I was very pleased with the results. I would definitely visit this place again. The attached picture is from a month after they were finished, and they still looked good and hadn’t begun lifting.

This has become my go to place to get my nails done. They do a really great job with Powder gel. I can get my manicures to least a month. They have a lot of colors to choose from. Pedicures are good too. Should make an appointment before going, they don’t always have availability for walk ins.

I went to SNS to get my ugly acrylic nails taken off. The place that I went to a few weeks ago did and awful job and I hated the nails. The tech who fixed my nails today, Kim, really took her time to ensure I was a satisfied customer. After the fake nails were off, I got an SNS powder overlay on my natural nails. The place is very clean and the staff is friendly and caring. I highly recommend.
