Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityThe whole world is short staffed. I understand that…I think more people need to. I like to read the lowest ratings and I was nervous to go to ANY nail salon. But listening to the customers in the salon I learned it was the customers not the staff.These services are conveniences, the staff are human, treat them like humans and understand it may take a bit to get to you when they are working all day short staffed and being treated like dirt. Understand that if they close at X time and you come in a little before but they have a ton of people to still help, you may not get in.My experience was great, long wait but they kept us updated. They smiled and were polite when I showed a picture of what I wanted. My daughter got just polish and she was taken care of and treated well too. The whole world is short staffed. I understand that…I think more people need to. I like to read the lowest ratings and I was nervous to go to ANY nail salon. But listening to the customers in the salon I learned it was the customers not the staff.

Critical: QualityUnfortunately, this salon has lost a customer. I’ve been going there regularly for about 2 years for simple pedicures- needed especially for a stubborn ingrown toenail. Today I watched them take a finger nail customer who came in after me while I sat in the back waiting. Wasn’t happy with this or their decision to reinstitute masks again, so I left.The nail technicians do not know how to deal with ingrown toenails and I realized just how bad they have been with this once I left and went around the corner to their competition. Their competitor was gentle, patient and thorough. Snow nails has never compared to this. Not recommended for ingrown toenail problems!Service: PedicureUnfortunately, this salon has lost a customer. Unfortunately, this salon has lost a customer. I’ve been going there regularly for about 2 years for simple pedicures- needed especially for a stubborn ingrown toenail. Today I watched them take a finger nail customer who came in after me while I sat in the back waiting. Wasn’t happy with this or their decision to reinstitute masks again, so I left.

Critical: ProfessionalismI came in to have a soak off and a new set of French Manicure or American Manucyrw. I called ahead of time for confirmation this could be done considering the time frame. They said absolutely. I came in they sat me at a chair/table with a lady whom started questioning my wants and laughing at me because of a sore nail. Preceded to tell me I “no do long nails”, I said I don’t want long, I want them soaked off and new put on. She said, “how long, “, I showed her and she preceded to laugh and said “that long nail”. So I said maybe it is best if someone else does them. They got VERY ABRUPT with me, treating me indifferent and poorly with attitude and it made me very very MAD! I’m the the one who’s paying you, I felt as if I was the bad guy and I had handled everything correctly. Ended up the young man who did my soak off and sanded my nails was very kind. But then I left, not getting a full set, French or American manicure and I will not be returning and I will be telling my friends and family. I came in to have a soak off and a new set of French Manicure or American Manucyrw. I called ahead of time for confirmation this could be done considering the time frame. They said absolutely.
