This place has very poor customer service. The man working there was very very rude to me. Also they are not the cleanest, the station he did my nails at was super dirty. The guy didnt even bother to clean it up before starting the service and when he was done with my nails, he did not do a thorough clean either. Additionally not sure what product he used on my nail, but I was in pain the whole time. I had a burn sensation that went away two days later… never again.

On 10/14 got a mani pedi with my daughter. Vicki did a nice job on my nails. Olivia gave the worst pedicure I have ever experienced. She did NOT properly care for my feet, no scrubing, massaging… Nothing. My daughter received a great pedicure from the young gentleman, however the older gentleman who did her nails was abrasive and rude. Arrived before 6 and recited a wonderful pedicure and sns powder/dip for nails. Price for both was reasonable but most importantly the place is clean and the staff are all friendly and attentive. They were busy and I had to wait, which was expected during this holiday weekend but they checked in on me to make sure I was fine, had picked out the color I wanted and in a massage chair. Overall this was my first time and I will definitely be back. My nails are the perfect length and thickness with sns and my feet feel really smooth and Polish looks nice.

I came here about a month ago and got my nails and feet done which was an arm and a leg for mediocre work but that experience wasn’t bad.. the reason for my review is I’ve came here two days in a row wanting to get a pedicure and they were extremely rude telling me they only have one person to do pedicures which that isn’t my problem. Then when I asked if they do appointments they were rude about that as well saying no they don’t. They’re waits are always at least 45m to an hour for mediocre work.. they won’t be getting my money ever again

I personally witnessed the owner tell a woman with her baby that they could not give her a pedicure due to her child being with her. This woman waited 40 minutes and as she sat down in the chair to receive her pedicure the woman told her she could not do her nails since she brought her baby. Discrimination at its finest. I will not be back.

I absolutely had the worst experience here. My stepdaughter and i came here to get our nails done and we were rushed. The nail tech who did my nails did not asked me what shape I wanted them also she was not gental at all when she did my nails . Sadly i left with nails i absolutely hate and they declined to refund me. The service was to much for what they provided I can honestly say I will never be back and if you want beautiful nails and great customer service this is not the place !

If I could give no stars I would. My nail tech complained about being tired the whole time while doing my nails. She did not shape my nail correctly and she charged to put polish on just clear powder nails. My nail have bubbles in them from her not letting the acrylic dry before applying it. All my nail are different shapes and look as if they are about to take flight in the air. Would never recommend this place to anyone.
