One of my nails does not even have product all the way to the cuticle. The tech put so much dip powder on my nails they are so bulky. Very rude as soon as I entered the salon. All my nails are different sizes and shapes. I was nicked with the file several times. One of my nails does not even have product all the way to the cuticle. Worst nails ever! Misshapen crooked and that’s the second attempt after I made her start over from design I actually wanted. My 8 year old daughter could do better. Took my mom here for her first pedicure. Figured I’d get one as well. My mom absolutely loved it (mind you she doesn’t no how it’s supposed to be). They cut both our nails way to short, mine hurt and are red and irritated. The lady was very rough and kept digging too far under my nails. The lady at the front was giving everyone an attitude. We had an appointment and still had to wait 45 minutes to be seen.

I went there for a girl’s day with my best friend her nails turned out amazing! Mine not at all! They were so lumpy and miss shapped I asked multiple time for them to be fixed. The lady rushed with me and took another lady I asked for them to be fixed again, but I had to run my friend to work and I would be back in 10 minutes she said fine. I went back and she took another person I sat there for half hour waiting. When I finally got seated she looked at my nails and asked what was wrong . I showed her that half my nail was thicker then the other and that the shape wasn’t good either . She argued with me about the bumps saying they were supposed to be there and she been doing nails a long time . I have also been doing them
