I absolutely love coming here. My daughter and I make appointments to go together. Kylie does her nails and Adam does mine. Our nails are always amazing and we have so much fun chatting that time just slips away. Amy, the owner, does our eyebrows and is always nice. Amy is always cleaning when she doesn’t have a client and is meticulous. I’ve read all the reviews saying these people are rude. I’ve found that if you’re kind to people and make reasonable requests, people are kind to you in return.

The lady that did my nails was so rude! Throwing my hands around, yelling at me for not picking a color for a French tip when I was unaware I had to, and filing my nails so rough I was wincing. In the end, they looked awful and the almond shape I asked for was turned into stiletto somehow. When I called after asking to speak to a higher up they told me there was no manager and they couldn’t do anything to help me and I should be less sensitive. I’ve never complained about nails before now. Awful experience.

Critical: QualityWent in for a pedicure & powder dip manicure. Pedicure turned out great. My powder dip looks so sloppy. Dip around my nail beds. After 4 layers..yes, 4 layers of dip..they are uneven. Picked out a color that wasn’t even close to what I got. I can live with the color but maybe their color swatches need to be updated. Went in for a pedicure & powder dip manicure. Pedicure turned out great. My powder dip looks so sloppy. Dip around my nail beds. After 4 layers..yes, 4 layers of dip..they are uneven. I love snow nails. The people are very friendly and they do a great job. I always make my appointment with Lucas but everyone there does a great job. I have had each person there do my nails and toes and have never once left there unhappy. I like that it’s a local family business. The owner, I call her mom, is a super nice person. It’s just a pleasure to go here. They’ve resend recently remodeled inside and have new chairs that message. It’s just a great relaxing place and I highly recommend it.

Really poor customer service. I was legitimately scolded by the owner about making sure I choose the color I want next time, when I wasn’t happy with how it looked on my nails. The funny part is I chose a beautiful color on the swatch I liked, which did not the match the color in the bottle one bit. Then I felt very rushed to choose a different color, and the grade of polish was very poor and I was not happy with the appearance after two coats. I was just as upset as they were for wanting it removed and re-done. I am on a tight time frame and don’t like asking for a lot. I am not going to leave unhappy after paying $40 or more for a manicure with the tip though. Seems like they should be a little more aware as to how to treat customers, and making sure they leave happy. With so many nail places to choose from one bad experience is grounds for losing a customer for good. Will never go back.
