DO NOT GO HERE! I just got my regular nails painted with gel polish and they were rushed, missed parts on my nails and not even a week later, some chipped and these two chipped to the point where the gel polish actually broke in half and peeled right off! Def will not be returning Gel manicures

The lady was nice. But my nails looked terrible! Lumpy uneven, not all painted, either. 9 days later my hair was getting caught in the cuticles of my nails! I was washing dishes & 3 whole nails, just FELL OFF?. 12 DAYS IN, THEY HAVE ALL FALEN OFF, & the worst part is there is FUNGUS on my real nails. NEVER IN 30 YEARS, HAS THIS HAPPENED TO ME.. AVOID! I’m beyond furious!

Took several times to explain to the gentleman how my daughter wanted her nails done. Solid color on every nail, design in white on one. Well, took him 4 times. Had to buff it off and start over, with an attitude nonetheless. That was my second bad experience. First was getting a pedicure. The only good thing is they are cheaper than everyone else

I told them what nails i wanted and even showed them a photo. Even when they were “done” i had to ask them to cover up the missed patches on my nails because they weren’t even covered with polish all the way :/ i was really excited to get my nails done too. I feel like maybe if they didn’t rush and they had more experience with nail art it would be better. This is how they turned out vs what i wanted.

I have been here twice & both times have been happy with how my nails turned out. I have no complaints about their work. HOWEVER, I called Wednesday evening & made an appointment for today at 11…I arrived 10 minutes early & sat in my car until 4 minutes to opening. I noticed the lights weren’t on inside & a piece of paper hanging on the door so I decided to go look. The note on the door said ” Sorry I don’t work today come back Monday”. That’s literally what it said. I never received a call canceling my appointment. I find that completely unprofessional & rude. I understand that emergencies can arise but that’s not what the note indicated. My work schedule leaves me very limited time for appointments. I’m not very happy right now & quite honestly probably will not come back due to this.

Critical: ProfessionalismI went here once before for acrylics and the lady I had was nice and all I wanted was some gel polish and they were fine. Took my daughter here for her 10th birthday yesterday and specifically asked for a full manicure because she wanted the feet spa and gel polish on fingers and twos. For some reason they couldn’t put gel on her toes so she couldn’t get the color she wanted?? Makes no sense. I went here once before for acrylics and the lady I had was nice and all I wanted was some gel polish and they were fine. There was no other clients while I was there. Cheaper than I expected, cute little kids, and a big tv right in front of the manicure chair! The guy who did my nails was a little rough – there was a little bloodshed, but nothing crazy. The shape of my nails looks amazing and they aren’t super thick. Pretty good experience! He was able to take off old dip powder and reapply new in 45 minutes. There was no other clients while I was there. Cheaper than I expected, cute little kids, and a big tv right in front of the manicure chair! The guy who did my nails was a little rough – there was a little bloodshed, but nothing crazy.
