Went and got just a regular haircut, but the service was great and shop was clean. Normally style my hair but I’m happy with the cut enough to leave it as it is (: I am used to mediocre and rushed haircuts, so Snipz was a nice improvement. I don’t regularly leave reviews at all, so that alone should say something. Would recommend, and I’ll most likely go again.

Had my 10 month old’s hair cut here, it was an excellent experience. The hairdresser was very comfortable with the wiggling and we still got a great haircut! They have lots of things to distract a squirmy baby and have plenty of patience to take the time to give a great haircut. We’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful shop–clean, delightfully decorated with kids in mind, happy, caring staff. I’ve been looking for the last year and a half for someone who could cut my hair the way I need it done. After spending a lot of money on lots of really bad haircuts, I called this place beczuse I happened to be going to the shopping mall it’s in. That’s when I found out it’s for kids. I said, I’m almost 70–will you take me? All I want is a simple haircut. They said, no problem. I was assigned to Tracey, who I can’t recommend highly enough. She grocked what I wanted and did it. The price was very reasonable. I’ll be going back. Because it’s oriented toward children and young people, they don’t do color and whatnot–but if you’re looking for a simple shampoo and cut and blow-dry, this is a great place to get them.

Website advertised a special for appointments made during off hours. I specifically scheduled my appointment during this time, but the offer wasn’t honored and I didn’t receive $5 off. Unfortunately I didn’t ymention the promo until the scissors had been in my kids’ hair, so I couldnt just get up and leave with half of a cut. I even pulled up their website on my phone WHILE I WAS IN THE STORE and showed the girl who was cutting hair, but to no avail. I left my number for a manager/owner to call me back, and my message was never returned. Boo.
