Never again! first & last time, went in for a simple “TRIM” stating just recovering from Radiation treatments which caused hair loss took 1 yr for hair to grow back & this person cut it all off , I look & feel terrible & now resort to wearing a wig till hopefully grows back! Cost was not cheap.
