I was referred to Snips Beauty Salon by my friend. As a first-time client, I called and Lena answered. She was very pleasant to talk to and I was able to make an appointment the next day. When I walked into the salon, everyone there was very nice, professional, and welcoming. Lena listened to how I wanted my haircut and she took her time cutting my hair. She did an amazing job.
