Positive: Cleanliness, ValueI just recently went here for the first time and I’m very happy with the result. I didn’t make an appointment and Lyndsey was still able to get me in. She’s friendly and professional. I definitely recommend her. She made sure she knew exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it before she did anything. She cut my hair the perfect length. (I love that she didn’t cut too much off; if you’re scared about that when getting a haircut, go to her! She was great at engaging a conversation which I love especially being new there. I just recently went here for the first time and I’m very happy with the result. I didn’t make an appointment and Lyndsey was still able to get me in. She’s friendly and professional. I definitely recommend her. She made sure she knew exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it before she did anything. She cut my hair the perfect length. Critical: QualityKelly was hairdresser. Sat in chair for almost 3 hours to put foil in hair for highlights. My hair isn’t exceptionally long. She was so slow that she had to take the back foils and rinse it out with ice cold water btw and left top foils in. In the meantime hair is in sink wet for another 45 minutes while front foils are still in. My highlights were bright yellow. I asked for a toner, she left it in for 5 minutes. It was still bright yellow. She rinsed it, shampooed I think . I complained to Mallory the manager supposedly and she was short with me as well as rude. My hair felt like it wasn’t rinsed out well either. Mallory put toner in and then shampooed hair then Kelly attempted to blow dry using a brush, not even a round brush. Did not know how to even blow dry. Never put a detangler in or anything. I refused a haircut by her and stopped her midway of “blow drying “. Never will I set foot in that unprofessional place again. Rude manager that never gave an apology or anything. Worse “hair salon” I have ever been in! Save your hair from becoming a potential disaster! Uggghh!!Service: Hair coloringKelly was hairdresser.
