We are convenient to surrounding cities Hopewell, Petersburg , Fort Lee ,Dinwiddie and other communities as well. We take pride in providing an at home feeling for our clients and we love welcoming new faces to the Snippers family! We are by Appointment only, so please be sure to call for an appointment.

I came here for a trim and a under color. When I left my first session I was extremely happy with my color and the service. I wanted to add color up to my ears like me and my stylist talked about. I have had placed color here before and never had any problems and knew what I wanted. After the second session my roots were not completed so I called and she had me come in the next day to get them filled in. After this third session I left and my color was up to high and my roots were still not filled in completely. In all I had spots in the color not completed work in the roots but I did have beautiful color. She was very nice and always told me if I saw any problems or wasn’t happy to let her know. I called to let her know that my roots were not completed and he got very upset with me. Told me that it wouldn’t be perfect and she couldn’t get every peice of hair. She said that she had been bending over backwards for me and is trying to make up time that she hasn’t been in the salon.She also told me that she has been working with me and that my hair looks awesome. She was yelling at me and I was being nice and Never once got got loud with her. She ended up hanging up on me. I called back and i explained to her that the problem was when my hair was pulled up you can see the roots that ain’t completed.she didn’t even want to give me the color name but She end up giving it to me and did iffer me a appointment for the weekend which I did decline. At this point I would rather pay for my to be completed and fixed. I think I offended her work when all I wanted was completed work. I was going to come back after this but now I wouldn’t recommend this salon.

I come in Friday and seen Erica Crowder to color my hair which was $70 and a trim she colored my hair but once I got home and noticed the top of my hair it still has gray in it and under the my hair by my ears I went to the party anyway and they made sure they pointed that out and asked me where did I go I told them and they said I need to call them and tell them it’s not right for $70 no and I asked for a trim it looks like she did a liar which I asked her not to do one side is longer than the other
