Critical: QualityWent in for a haircut and the stylist was running about 10 minutes behind. She seemed thoroughly disgusted with my thick hair. I asked for a trim. I wanted it shoulder-length. She used an electric razor to trim my hair. It was not a trim. It was super short. Then she made me sit in the chair while she took her next client. She eventually came back to me and i left. I was so upset about my hair. I later called and said i wanted to speak to the owner. The owner had cut my hair. I told her i wanted my money back and she told me no because i got my hair cut. She also told me it was my fault because i didn’t tell the person who scheduled my appointment that i had thick hair. Horrible experience. Went in for a haircut and the stylist was running about 10 minutes behind. She seemed thoroughly disgusted with my thick hair. I asked for a trim. I wanted it shoulder-length.
