Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWe took our toddler who is two years of age to get a haircut at Snip Its. But unfortunately the whole experience was disappointing and frustrating. The staff was unfriendly and rude. Beginning with their ridiculous policy…mask required for two year olds.This is a new level of stupid, for this company to enforce mask mandates to toddlers in this age group is inexcusable. But my wife went along with it. It’s hard enough to give a toddler a haircut but now add a mask to mix makes it extremely difficult.As a result my son received a razor scratch on the back of his head (picture attached).Then to make things worse after the haircut my son had one the toys they have for sale on his hand, and the staff member told my wife to put it back because it can break.
