My daughter 4 years old went with her mom to this place, she came back like this. They gave her a card to come back in 10 day to get her hair fix. They gave my wife a bunch of excuses and no charge. My wife tip to Cherly $20 for taking the time to try to fix it. Cherly wasnt the original hairstylist.

First of all this place is where cosmetologist dreams go to die. Second off I took both of my boys to get their hair done while a little girl was squealing in agony for 30 minutes rolling on the floor, knocking tools off the desk Nad stressing all the cosmetologist out. The manager Cheryl took charge of cutting my youngest boys hair. We asked for a mullet, Cheryl was shaking uncontrollably and seemed pressed for time. She made several excuses to cover up her lack of skills, one excuses was that my sons head was offset, the other was that his hair had a cowlick. Little did Cheryl know, my wife is a cosmetologist and knows right from wrong. After Cheryl got tired of dealing with us she sent us to Lisa who cleaned thing up. My complaint about Lisa is that she cut my sons ear with her clippers and did not clean it up properly. WI was also told that Lisa did not sanitize her tools right before cleaning up my sons hair after Cheryl screwed up. Cheryl seemed very stressed out and shaking uncontrollably. People should not just walk away from this place but run. I will be filing a complaint to the ok board of cosmetology against snip its.

I usually never leave reviews, but I’m upset at the fact that I paid 21 +tip for a haircut . All for my son to have an uneven hairline. I just feel like if you really don’t know what you’re doing you shouldn’t be on the floor cutting kids hair.
