We had a great experience at Snip-its for my son’s first haircut! I did the online check-in, they were ready for us when we arrived, and Ms. Brittney was wonderful! I was a little nervous taking him somewhere I wasn’t familiar with and didn’t know the stylist but it went so well and he was a happy camper! Great place for kids. We will definitely be back!

We’ve been taking our 4 year old with autism to get his haircut for the past couple months. Before we found snip its we were cutting his hair at home and let me tell you, not pretty. I would give them 5 stars because its the first place where he actually lets people cut his hair but here lately some of the hairstylists have been very rude towards him. They either start muttering under their breath, rolling their eyes, saying phrases like “omg” and “not again”. My son sits still and actually lets them cut his hair, sure he’ll have a random outburst at times but he cant help it. Today he was provoked to have one said outburst because one of the hairstylist snatched a toy out of his hand even though my wife said she would pay for it since it was goin to have his hair on it. I’m a very reasonable person but I don’t think you should act like that when we can see how you’re acting towards him. Its painful to see and you should at least wait until we leave. Our son is beyond respectful, they can show the same respect back.

This place has been a disappointment. Diane was very rude. She had hair all in my 1 year olds eye and didn’t stop to let me comfort him at all so he was screaming with hair sticking to his eyes from all the tears. She didn’t try to calm him or distract him. Some of the other stylists we’ve tried were nice but gave terrible haircuts and it’s expensive. I’ve been disappointed every time I’ve tried it and have finally decided I have to find something else after they cancelled my appointment because I was running 10 minutes late. Meanwhile I have waited 15-20 minutes on them running late.
