We brought my 4 year old daughter here for her first hair cut! The place is super kid friendly and very fun looking, bright and colorful, they had tablets for her to watch kid videos while getting her hair cut to help her sit still. The lady that cut her hair was very friendly, at the end they let her put a token in a spot at the counter and a little prize came out, she thought that was awesome. And since it was her first hair cut, they offered a first hair cut keepsake for only $5 more, it included a picture they took of her after her hair was done and a piece of her hair saved, all in a little card that said my first haircut, her name and date. I love that I have that to keep forever now. Only concern was the hair cut chairs may need to be updated soon, my daughter had to jump down from the chair after. But I do recommend this place especially for kids that aren’t cooperative with hair cuts!

Samantha is the absolute best!! We travel from Tully to Cicero just for her honestly. My son is on the spectrum and while he barely speaks I can tell he’s very comfortable with her. This is a HUGE deal for us as he has a very hard time with haircuts and always has. I cried the first time she cut his hair because it was the first time he hadn’t cried, he’s 10. Today I brought my daughter in for a girl’s day including the mini manicure and Samantha made her feel so special. Her hair and nails were so cute!! She’s so bubbly and fun I have no doubt that as long as she’s there my kids and I will trek the 30+ minutes for haircuts gladly (even with gas prices being what they are ) I can’t say enough about how wonderful she is. Thank you Samantha for bringing so much happiness to what you do.

Just moved to the area to run the Amazon center that opened, extremely busy schedule so was happy when I could book an appointment online. Made an appointment for 10am right when they opened, arrived 15 minutes before and waited outside until they opened. Upon the doors opening another person walked in with 2 kids and they were seated right away. We made an appointment and were asked to wait. Why make appointments if you cannot commit to it. I don’t have the time to wait hence why I made an appointment. Decided to leave without my kids haircut. When running a business you need to have Equity and follow your own policies or else advertise it as “walk in and take your chances when we will serve you”

The wonderful staff did a great job of putting our one-year-old at ease for his first haircut– a very nice package they offer. Our older son simply loved the ambiance and now wants all of his cuts here. We drove more than 30 minutes to get there, so I don’t know whether that is plausible, but we would consider it!
